Kirkby ice skater Mark Hanretty is again making his mark in hit ITV show Dancing On Ice.
This time he has been partnered with Pussycat Dolls singer, dancer and actress Kimberly Wyatt.
They were second on the opening night of the series, skating to ‘What About Us’ by Pink.
Posting on Instagram, Mark said: “What a night! Proud of Kimberly and how well she skated.
“Thanks for all the kind messages. I am so excited about what’s to come.
“Big love to all the amazing people behind the scenes, helping is to do what we love.”
One of two British professional skaters on the show, Mark began figure skating aged 10 before switching to ice dancing with Christina Chitwood.
Mark, who has coached the Lammas Leisure Centre, Sutton, is also a TV commentator for Eurosport and a choreographer for the Olympic Games.
