During June and July, one of the care colleagues at HC-One’s Stoneyford residential and residential memory care home in Sutton stepped up to support the kitchen team.

Madison Martinez, with training and support, cooked for residents and her tasty meals were praised by residents.

She was nominated by the staff team to receive a HC-One Kindness in Care Award for her willingness to step up.

“Thank you for the award and I have really enjoyed cooking and receiving such lovely compliments,” said Madison.

Keeley Morris, HC-One care home manager, said: “We are one team here at Stoneyford. It makes me so proud to see staff step up to other roles and enjoy it.
