Mansfield Woodhouse-based ​​Your Home Care has promoted two of its carers to the roles of assistant trainers.

Aimee Cunningham and Stacie Toon will be responsible for the training journey of all Your Home Care staff from their initial introduction training through to continued specialist development.

Aimee has been working in the health and social care sector for 12 years, where she has gained a substantial amount of care knowledge and expertise.

She said: “I am super excited to be appointed as an assistant trainer with Stacie. I really can’t wait to welcome our new starters to our outstanding five star care team and supporting them with all their training needs.”

Stacie is also no stranger to the sector where she has dedicated the last 13 years of her life providing outstanding care to vulnerable people.

She said: “I am so delighted to become one of the Assistant Trainers for Your Home Care along with Aimee. I am looking forward to meeting all the existing team and new starters to provide them with an excellent training programme.”

Your Home Care’s registered care manager, Denise Pitts, said: “I couldn’t be happier that Aimee and Stacie, who started with us as home care assistants, are now assistant trainers.
