Mansfield CVS and the BIG Warsop Partnership are hosting a Funding and Information Fayre at the John Fretwell Sporting Complex, Sookhole, today.

The fayre will offer voluntary groups, organisations and charities the chance to meet local and national funders, discuss their projects and gather information on funding opportunities.

Amongst the funders attending are BIG Lottery Fund, Lloyds Bank Foundation, Mansfield Building Society, Comic Relief, Heritage Lottery Fund, Warsop and Shirebrook Rotary Club, Nottinghamshire County Council (Grant Aid), Community Accounting Plus and Business in the Community.

There will also be presentations from a number of the funders, giving advice and guidance on how to apply for grants.

Local organisations booked to attend include Jigsaw, Timebank, A Place to Call Our Own, Oak Tree NMT, Warsop Youth Club and Warsop InfoTech.
