Despite Covid-19 restrictions, Mansfield Inner Wheel Club raised money for charities through Smartie tubes, the sale of Christmas cards and a festive raffle.

International Service Organiser Rosemary Wilson delivered a box of Smarties to all members and the tubes were returned full of coins or with a cheque, raising £424.50 for School In A Bag and other international charities.

Elaine Campin raised £150 for Water Aid by selling her handmade Christmas cards.

For the Christmas raffle prizes, Veronica Malkowski made two Christmas cakes, which were won by Yvonne Neville (above) and Margaret Setchell (below), enabling £186 to be donated to Bellamy Road Tenants’ and Residents’ Association.
