The Four Seasons shopping centre is holding a Buzzy B Club event themed on harvest festivals.

The popular kids club will take place in the Four Seasons shopping centre on Sunday, 21st September from 11am to 3pm.

Children aged 3 and over are invited to enjoy a free craft activity creating their own harvest festival basket to take home, complete with two vegetables and a recipe for vegetable soup. There will also be a harvest festival collection to help provide support and much needed supplies to a local community project.

Buzzy B club attendees and shoppers are encouraged to bring an item of packaged, non-perishable food to be donated to Mansfield Community and Volunteering Service (Mansfield CVS) as part of the harvest festival themed event.

Mansfield CVS is an organisation that has supported local voluntary and community organisations with a range of services and support, helping to improve the quality of people’s lives in Mansfield and district for more than 30 years.

Ahead of the Harvest Festival Fun event, Rebekah O’Neil, centre manager, said: “We are really excited about the next Buzzy B Club event. It’s a lovely idea for the children to be able to come down and enjoy the activities and take home a recipe and ingredients so they can continue getting creative outside the events.

“The Harvest Festival Collection is also a great idea, enabling shoppers and children the opportunity to give something back to those who are less fortunate in the community. Mansfield CVS is a fantastic organisation and a really worthwhile cause. We are looking forward to supporting them through the Harvest Festival so we are encouraging people to give generously.”
