Willow Tree House and the Willows Care Village marked 100 days of being Covid-19 free with a celebration.

The care home invited relatives and friends of residents to visit the grounds of the Mansfield home.

Balloons were released and people clapped for staff members who have worked hard to keep everyone safe.

A spokesman for Willow Tree House, which is part of the My Care group, thanked those who visited

“We appreciate your support and understanding of the measures we have put in place to keep loved ones safe and well. We have missed you all.”

All 12 homes in the My Care group across the East Midlands congratulated staff for their work and for the care homes being free of the coronavirus.
