The Nottingham’s Mansfield team are proud to have been presented with a Mansfield BID (Business Improvement District) Team Platinum Award for a third year in a row.

Colleagues at the branch on Stockwell Gate received the award after a mystery shopper exercise resulted in a 100% score for service to members.

They were assessed on areas, including branch and employee appearance, products and pricing, knowledge of the local area and customer service skills.

Assistant branch manager Julie Walker said: “We are very proud to have won this award for the third year running. It shows how hard the team work to ensure all existing and new members are given excellent customer service every time they visit us.”
