In celebration of International Day of Older Persons, on Tuesday, 1st October, Active4Today is running a series of free physical activity sessions at its leisure centres across Newark and Sherwood during week commencing 30th September.
It will showcase the many programmes on offer encouraging older people to keep active.
Free sessions include:
Monday 30th, 9.30-10.30am, Dukeries Leisure Centre, Active 50+
Thursday, 3rd October, 10.30-11.15am, Blidworth Leisure Centre, Active Seated Exercise
