Learners and tutors from Academy Transformation Trust Further Education at Sutton Community Academy received awards at the Inspire Learning Awards at Mansfield Library.

The Essential Employability Skills class was named group of the year and tutor Linda Smith collected the award on behalf of her learners, who were unable to attend the awards ceremony due to successfully gaining employment after completing the employability skills course.

Kathryn Evans, who attends the skills for independent living provision, received an award for her outstanding achievement. She was nominated for her commitment to continued learning outside of the classroom and demonstrating personal progression.
