Specialist development finance lender Atelier has provided a new finance facility to Stancliffe Homes to support the sale of 30 completed houses in Forest Town on a development that was halted last year after developer Sherwood Oak Homes went into administration.

The £5.75m loan facility will assist with the purchase of the site, off Clipstone Road East; provide a multi-draw element towards specification enhancements that are required; and will support the sales of the units on the open market.
